MDL Apprentices Recruitment 2025, Last Date to Apply 5th January

Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Limited (MDL), one of India’s premier shipbuilding companies, has announced the recruitment of 200 Apprentices across Engineering and General Graduate streams. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online through the official MDL portal ( https://mazagondock.in ) till 5th January 2026 .

The recruitment drive aims to fill 170 Graduate Apprentices and 30 Diploma Apprentices in disciplines including Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Computer, Electronics & Telecommunication, Shipbuilding Technology, and Naval Architecture. General stream graduates in B.Com, BBA, BCA, and BSW are also eligible for select posts.

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must have a Diploma or Degree in relevant disciplines recognized by AICTE or a statutory university, with graduation completed on or after 1st April 2021 . The age limit is 18 to 27 years , with relaxation for SC/ST, OBC-NCL, and PwD candidates.

Stipend:

Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of ₹12,300 for Graduate Apprentices and ₹10,900 for Diploma Apprentices . The stipend includes contributions from MDL and the Government of India via Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT).

Selection Process:

Shortlisting will be based on combined merit – 80% from qualification marks and 20% from interview performance. Candidates are required to attend document verification and interviews at MDL , bringing original certificates for proof of qualification, age, and category. No TA/DA will be provided for the verification process.

Interested candidates must register on the MDL Apprentice Portal and the NATS 2.0 portal , upload required documents including a recent photograph and signature, and submit the application online. The application is free of cost.
