‘Maremma’ Trailer Drops for Maadhav Bhupathiraju’s Telugu Debut

The trailer of ‘Maremma’, marking Maadhav Bhupathiraju’s acting debut, has been unveiled ahead of the film’s theatrical release on September 10.

Directed by Manchala Nagaraj and produced by Mayur Reddy Bandaru, ‘Maremma’ is a rural action drama rooted in village traditions, folklore, faith and sacrifice. The trailer was launched by actor Ram Pothineni at AAA Cinemas in Hyderabad.

Praising the film’s preview, Ram described it as “absolutely raw, riveting and like a pure tale of the soil,” highlighting its earthy setting and intense storytelling. Actor Ravi Teja also extended his best wishes to his nephew Maadhav and the entire team.

The trailer has generated early buzz for its striking visuals, emotional intensity and grounded rural atmosphere. At the heart of the story is the folklore surrounding the goddess Maremma, along with a sacred bull and the powerful themes of belief, devotion and sacrifice.

Deepa Balu plays the female lead, while the film appears to blend action and drama with elements deeply connected to village culture and traditional beliefs.

With its raw visual style and emotionally charged narrative, ‘Maremma’ is positioning itself as a distinctive rural drama and a significant first step for Maadhav Bhupathiraju in Telugu cinema. The film is set to arrive in theatres on September 10.
