KTR Warns Against Organisations Operating in His Name
Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) Working President K. T. Rama Rao (KTR) has clarified that he has not authorized the formation or operation of any organisations in his name, following reports that several groups are carrying out activities while invoking his identity.
KTR stated that information had reached him about programmes being conducted under names such as “KTR Seva Samithi” and “KTR Sena,” along with other entities allegedly using his name to organise events and service activities . He stressed that none of these organisations have received official approval and do not represent him in any capacity.
Calling the matter serious, he warned that attempts to run organisations under his name will not be encouraged under any circumstances. He urged the public to remain vigilant and understand that such groups lack legitimacy and recognition .
He further advised that individuals interested in social service or public welfare initiatives should undertake such activities within the framework of the Bharat Rashtra Samithi , ensuring transparency , accountability , and coordination. Supporters motivated by admiration or public service, he said, should work directly with the party rather than forming parallel bodies.
In a strong message posted on X (formerly Twitter) , KTR directed those currently conducting activities in his name to cease them immediately. His clarification is seen as an effort to prevent misuse of his identity, maintain organisational discipline , and ensure that welfare initiatives are carried out through authorised channels .
Political observers note that public figures often face misuse of their names by informal groups seeking credibility or influence. By issuing this warning, KTR has sought to protect his public identity while reinforcing structured and accountable service efforts through official party platforms.
