Jubilee Hills by-poll schedule announced

The Election Commission has announced the schedule for the upcoming by-election in the Jubilee Hills Assembly Constituency.

According to the schedule, the official Gazette notification will be issued on October 13 (Monday). Candidates can file their nominations until October 21 (Tuesday). The scrutiny of the nominations will take place on October 22 (Wednesday), and the last date for withdrawing nominations is October 24 (Friday).

The voting will take place on November 11, 2025 (Tuesday), and the counting of votes will be held on November 14, 2025 (Friday). The entire election process is expected to be completed by November 16, 2025 (Sunday).

Political parties in Telangana have already started their preparations for the by-election. The Jubilee Hills seat is considered one of the key urban constituencies in Hyderabad, and the contest is expected to be closely fought. Party leaders are finalizing candidates and gearing up for intense campaigning in the coming weeks.

With the election dates now confirmed, both ruling and opposition parties are expected to focus their efforts on reaching out to voters and securing a strong turnout on polling day.
