Jr NTR flies to Jordan for high-octane ‘Dragon’ action schedule
Telugu superstar Jr NTR left the city early Saturday morning for Jordan to shoot a crucial action schedule for his upcoming film Dragon , directed by KGF filmmaker Prashanth Neel . The actor was spotted at the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport in the early hours, heading out with the core crew for what is being described as one of the film’s most ambitious overseas schedules.
Sources close to the production say the Jordan leg will feature three large-scale action sequences, choreographed by renowned stunt director Chetan D’Souza , who has joined the team for the shoot. Reports also suggest that the schedule may include a major face-off sequence involving Malayalam star Tovino Thomas, with filming expected to begin on February 8. However, an official confirmation on the crossover is still awaited.
Photos and videos of Jr NTR from the airport quickly went viral on social media, with fans lauding his noticeably slimmer and rugged look. Many described the actor’s new avatar as “next-level swag,” adding to the growing buzz around the Prashanth Neel–Jr NTR collaboration.
Dragon is one of the most anticipated Telugu films currently in production and marks Jr NTR’s first collaboration with Prashanth Neel. Backed by a massive budget and mounted on a grand scale, the film is slated for a theatrical release on June 25, 2026.
