Jr NTR Attends ‘Don’t Trouble The Trouble’ Pre-Release Event in Hyderabad

Jr NTR attended the pre-release event of Don’t Trouble The Trouble in Hyderabad on Tuesday, September 29, adding star power to the promotional campaign ahead of the film’s worldwide theatrical release on October 2.

The event was held at the JRC Convention Centre, with producer S.S. Karthikeya confirming Jr NTR’s presence through a social media post and inviting fans to the event.

Don’t Trouble The Trouble is a fantasy entertainer starring Fahadh Faasil in the lead role. Written and directed by Shashank Yeleti, the film is presented by S.S. Rajamouli and produced by Shobu Yarlagadda, Prasad Devineni and S.S. Karthikeya under Arka Mediaworks and Showing Business.

Fahadh plays Suri, a street magician who earns a living through tricks and deception. His life takes an unexpected turn after he encounters a young girl, played by Ssara Palekar, who appears to possess genuine supernatural abilities and is searching for her missing parents. The film combines elements of fantasy, mystery, comedy and emotion.

The movie has also attracted attention because of its prominent voiceovers. Nandamuri Balakrishna lent his voice to the Telugu trailer, while Mohanlal and Kamal Haasan provided voiceovers for the Malayalam and Tamil versions, respectively. Balakrishna’s narration also features a reference to his popular “Don’t trouble the trouble” dialogue.

The makers have been carrying out promotions across South India. S.S. Rajamouli and Suriya participated in the film’s Tamil Nadu promotions, while Rajamouli also attended the Chennai pre-release event. Fahadh, Ssara and Karthikeya additionally visited the Bigg Boss Telugu house and interacted with host Nagarjuna as part of the promotional campaign.

For Fahadh, the film marks an important milestone as his first Telugu film as a solo lead. The actor has also spoken about delivering his Telugu dialogues himself and following a sync-sound approach during the production.

Don’t Trouble The Trouble, which was earlier scheduled to release on September 11, is now slated for a worldwide theatrical release on October 2, 2026, in Telugu, Malayalam, Tamil and other languages.

With the Hyderabad pre-release event now completed, the film’s promotional campaign has entered its final phase ahead of its theatrical release.
