Job Fair for Ex-Servicemen Scheduled in Secunderabad on November 28

A large-scale job fair exclusively for Ex-Servicemen (ESM) is set to be held at the Station Sports Ground, Air Force Station Hakimpet, Shamirpet Road, Secunderabad, Telangana, on 28 November 2025, starting from 7 AM onwards. The initiative has been organised by the Directorate General Resettlement (DGR), Ministry of Defence, with the objective of facilitating the resettlement of Ex-Servicemen into civilian employment.

The fair will bring together skilled, disciplined, and dependable Ex-Servicemen and prospective employers across industries. Participants are requested to carry their ESM I-Card along with five copies of their resume or biodata.

Industry employers attending the fair are expected to benefit from several facilities, including free online registration, free job postings, free allotment of stalls, and free access to the resumes of registered Ex-Servicemen. Employers will have access to a diverse talent pool for a variety of roles, including leadership positions, PSOs, supervisors, security guards, drivers, machinery operators, chefs, stewards, paramedical staff, hospital administration, fitters, electricians, technicians, artificers, mechanics, network and telecom engineers, surveyors, draughtsmen, machinists, welders, artisans, and automobile, aviation, and weapon technicians.
