‘Jatadhara’ trailer: Sudheer Babu hunts ghosts, goosebumps guaranteed

Tollywood star Sudheer Babu, who has been waiting for a major hit for years, is back with a completely new genre this time. Known for experimenting across action, comedy, and thriller, Sudheer now steps into the world of horror with Jatadhara .

Directed by Venkat Kalyan and Abhishek Jaiswal, the film is produced by Umesh Kumar Bansal, Shivin Narang, Aruna Agarwal, Prerana Arora, Shilpa Singhal, and Nikhil. The movie also marks the Telugu debut of Bollywood actress Sonakshi Sinha, while Mahesh Maradalu and Shilpa Shirodkar play key roles.

Following the success of its posters, teaser, and songs, the makers recently released the full trailer, which has immediately caught the audience’s attention. Sudheer Babu appears as a daring ghost hunter, while Sonakshi portrays the menacing “Dhana Pisachi,” a supernatural treasure demon.

The story centers on a ghost hunter who spends his life trying to prove that ghosts don’t exist. Centuries ago, treasures were buried with protective supernatural bindings, one of which is the terrifying “Dhana Pisachi Bond.” A small mistake at Shilpa Shirodkar’s house releases the demon, triggering a series of horrifying events. The trailer teases questions such as: What connection does the hero have with the demon? Who is the mysterious figure appearing in his dreams? Can Sudheer overcome the Dhana Pisachi?

The trailer is filled with high-intensity moments, especially the last few lines of dialogue that leave a lasting impact.
