Integrated Office Building to Bring Government Services Under One Roof in Yedulapuram

Telangana Revenue Minister Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy conducted a surprise inspection of the ongoing construction of the Integrated Office Building in Yedulapuram Municipality on Tuesday, reviewing the progress of the project and directing officials to maintain quality standards and complete the works without delay.

The minister visited the construction site at the Taruni Haat premises on Warangal Cross Road, where he examined the ongoing works and interacted with officials overseeing the project. He sought details about the progress of construction and issued instructions to ensure that the building is developed according to the prescribed specifications.

During the inspection, Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy made it clear that construction quality must not be compromised at any stage. He directed officials to strictly follow the specified construction standards and ensure that the materials being used at the site meet the required quality benchmarks. He also stressed the importance of regular monitoring of both materials and workmanship throughout the construction process.

The minister further instructed officials to avoid unnecessary delays and complete the project at the earliest. He emphasised that timely completion would allow residents to benefit from the facility sooner and improve the accessibility of government services in the municipality.

The proposed integrated office complex is aimed at bringing the offices and services of various government departments under one roof. Once operational, residents of Yedulapuram Municipality will be able to approach different departments from a single location instead of travelling to separate offices for different government-related requirements.

According to the minister, the arrangement is expected to make the delivery of public services more convenient and accessible. By consolidating multiple departments within one premises, the facility could reduce the need for repeated visits to different government offices and help residents save valuable time.

The integrated office building is therefore expected to serve as a single-window facility for government services in the municipality. The minister directed officials to maintain close supervision of the remaining works and ensure that the project is completed according to the required quality and construction standards.

The inspection also underlined the government's focus on strengthening public-facing infrastructure and improving the ease with which citizens can access essential government services at the local level.
