InfraKraft, AP govt sign MoU for high-tech architectural manufacturing facility
Design-first architectural manufacturing company InfraKraft on Monday signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Andhra Pradesh government to invest ₹50 crore in setting up an advanced integrated manufacturing facility near Kuppam .
The MoU was formalised following a meeting between Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu , InfraKraft CEO and co-founder Bhaskar Kumar , and senior state officials. The proposed facility, spread over three lakh square feet , aims to position Andhra Pradesh as a hub for advanced architectural and construction technology manufacturing .
According to the company, the high-tech plant will deploy Industry 4.0 technologies , including digital twins, large-format additive manufacturing, five-axis CNC machining, and advanced 3D scanning systems for precision architectural production.
At full capacity, the facility is expected to generate an annual output of ₹200–250 crore and create around 1,400 direct and indirect jobs across manufacturing, digital operations, logistics and allied services.
InfraKraft said the project will follow a hub-and-spoke model , with Kuppam serving as the central manufacturing hub digitally connected to architects and designers across India and global markets.
Beyond production, the company plans to focus on local skilling and workforce development , working closely with the district administration and the MSME department to train operators in advanced digital manufacturing workflows.
The Kuppam unit marks InfraKraft’s first large-scale manufacturing hub and is envisioned as a foundation for a nationwide network of similar advanced facilities in the future.
