The 2025 season of the Indian Supercross Racing League (ISRL) is set to bring elite global motocross action to Hyderabad as part of its second season. Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy officially unveiled the poster for Round 2, scheduled on December 6 at the GMC Balayogi Athletics Stadium in Gachibowli. This marks the first time Hyderabad will host a global Supercross event of this scale.

ISRL, the world’s first franchise-based Supercross league, has confirmed a roster of 36 riders for Season 2, selected from a total of 155 registrations that included 109 international riders and 34 Indian contenders. The selection followed a high-intensity auction, ensuring that the league features a blend of the best global talent alongside top domestic riders.

The Hyderabad round will showcase international champions and rising Indian talents competing on technically challenging dirt tracks, with world-class racing infrastructure and an immersive fan experience. On the entertainment front, Bollywood megastar Salman Khan, the brand ambassador for IRSL, is set to attend, further adding excitement to what is expected to be one of India’s biggest sporting weekends this year.

The ISRL Season 2 roster brings together riders from over 20 countries, including top motocross and Supercross athletes, alongside Indian riders such as Rugved Barguje and Ikshan Shanbhag. This mix highlights the league’s commitment to providing international exposure to Indian talent while raising the competitive standards of motorsport in the country.

According to ISRL co-founder Eeshan Lokhande, the Chief Minister’s support has been “deeply motivating.” He said, “Supercross is a sport that inspires courage, skill, and passion. With Hyderabad hosting a global-level round, we hope it will spark interest among young riders and contribute to cultural and economic growth in the region.”

The race weekend will kick off on December 5 with the Reise Moto Fan Park, a fan-favourite attraction that offers bike showcases, rider interactions, gaming zones, and merchandise experiences. Organisers expect thousands of spectators and motorsport enthusiasts from across India and abroad to attend the Hyderabad round, boosting local tourism, hospitality, and business activity.

Following the high-adrenaline Gachibowli round, ISRL Season 2 will culminate with its Grand Finale on December 21 at the EMS Corporation Stadium in Kozhikode, Kerala, promising a spectacular finish to India’s biggest motorsport season yet.
