He handed over appointment letters and distributed ₹5.70 crore in benefits to the families of deceased police personnel. Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Anumula paid tribute at the Goshamahal Police Headquarters in Hyderabad, urging leaders involved in left-wing extremist movements to abandon violence and integrate into the mainstream. Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath honored the state's police martyrs at the Reserve Police Line in Lucknow, highlighting their dedication and sacrifice. Andhra Pradesh observed a week-long commemoration starting October 21, with events including exhibitions and cultural programs to honor fallen officers.

In a collective effort to support the families of martyred personnel, several states announced welfare measures. Haryana introduced provisions for government jobs and financial aid up to ₹1 crore for the dependents of martyrs. Andhra Pradesh implemented health checkups, scholarships, and insurance benefits, along with the development of recreation centers for police personnel.
