IIT Tirupati Invites applications for Research associate post

The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Tirupati, has announced a recruitment drive for the position of Research Associate III (RA III) for 2025. Candidates applying for the Research Associate post must hold a Ph.D. in Physics or an equivalent discipline. Applicants should have a minimum of 75% marks or 7.5 CGPA during their Ph.D. and at least 65% marks or 6.5 CGPA in their M.Sc, B.E/B.Tech, or M.E/M.Tech coursework. The position offers a monthly consolidated salary of ₹67,000, along with House Rent Allowance (HRA) at 9% for candidates working in Tirupati. • Interview – Shortlisted candidates will undergo an online interview. No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview or upon joining.
