
ICSE and ISC 2026 Results Announced, Girls Outperform Boys with Stellar Scores
The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) on Thursday announced the results of the ICSE Class 10 and ISC Class 12 examinations for 2026, with both showing exceptional outcomes and pass percentages crossing 99 percent .
The ICSE Class 10 examination recorded an overall pass percentage of 99.18 percent , while the ISC Class 12 examination registered a pass percentage of 99.13 percent , reflecting consistently strong academic performance across both levels.
A total of 2,58,721 candidates appeared for the ICSE examination, while 1,03,316 students took the ISC examination this year.
Once again, girls outperformed boys in both examinations. In ICSE, girls secured a pass percentage of 99.46 percent , compared to 98.93 percent for boys. In ISC, girls achieved 99.48 percent , while boys recorded 98.81 percent .

The results underline a continued trend of high academic achievement, with both ICSE and ISC maintaining near-universal pass rates this year as well.
