Hyderabad metro extends services until 1 AM for New Year celebrations

Hyderabad Metro Rail has announced extended train services for New Year’s Eve to help city residents travel safely during the celebrations. Normally, metro services end at 11 PM, but tonight trains will run until 1 AM to accommodate the holiday crowds.

The last trains from all terminal stations will depart at 12:30 AM, reaching their destinations by around 2 AM. Metro officials said the decision was taken to ensure passengers can return home safely without facing traffic hassles after the celebrations.

Passengers are encouraged to make use of this extended service. Security personnel, including metro staff and police, will be present at stations and on trains to ensure safety. Officials also urged travelers to follow rules and behave responsibly while using the metro.
