Global Summit a success, CM Revanth praised by Congress leaders

Chief Minister Revanth Reddy received praise from senior Congress leaders, including AICC President Mallikarjun Kharge and AICC General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi, following the release of the Telangana Rising Vision Document. The leaders appreciated the document for clearly outlining the state’s future direction and serving as a roadmap for Telangana’s development.

On Thursday, CM Revanth met with Congress leaders to brief them on the success of the Telangana Rising Global Summit. During the meeting, he highlighted the significant investments the summit attracted to the state. He also extended invitations to Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi, Kharge, Venugopal, and others for a special football match on December 13 in Uppal, where international football star Lionel Messi is set to play.

At meetings held at the residences of Kharge and Priyanka Gandhi in Delhi, CM Revanth detailed the agreements reached during the summit, emphasizing how they would boost Telangana’s growth. Both leaders lauded his efforts in organizing the summit successfully.

CM Revanth also paid respects to former President Pranab Mukherjee on his birth anniversary at Mukherjee’s residence in Delhi. He praised the late leader for decades of dedicated public service and honored his contributions to the nation.

Football enthusiasts are eagerly anticipating the friendly match between Messi and CM Revanth Reddy on December 13 at Uppal Stadium. The match will see CM Revanth representing the Singareni RR-9 team, while Lionel Messi will lead the Aparna team.

This unique event has drawn significant international attention due to the unusual matchup between a political leader and a global football icon. As part of his Hyderabad visit, Messi will also conduct a special football training camp for children, personally offering tips and guidance to young players.
