Australian cricketer Glenn Maxwell and his wife Vini Raman have welcomed their second child, a baby girl named Maia Maxwell. The couple shared the happy news on Tuesday through a joint Instagram post, introducing their daughter with the heartwarming caption, “our dream girl is here, Maia Maxwell.”

Maia is the second child of Maxwell and Raman, who are already parents to son Logan Maverick Maxwell. Their first child was born on September 11, 2023, and the couple has since shared glimpses of their family life with fans.

Maxwell and Raman first met in December 2013 and initially developed a close friendship before their relationship blossomed. They made their relationship official in 2017 and announced their engagement in February 2020.

The couple tied the knot on March 27, 2022, in Melbourne, marking the occasion with two wedding ceremonies that reflected both their backgrounds. Their celebrations included a traditional Christian wedding as well as a Tamil Brahmin ceremony.

Maxwell embraced the cultural festivities by wearing a traditional golden sherwani for the Tamil ceremony, adding a distinctive touch to their wedding celebrations.
