Hyderabad will host Gifts & Stationery India 2026 , a major B2B exhibition for the gifting, stationery and promotional merchandise industry, from February 6 to 8, 2026 , at the HITEX Exhibition Centre . The event, organised by Expo Galaxia Pvt Ltd and listed under the Quest Asia – Gifts & Stationery India banner, is expected to draw manufacturers, distributors, corporate buyers and industry professionals from across India.

Building on the success of its earlier editions, the 2026 expo is being positioned as a larger and more business-focused platform, bringing together national and international exhibitors showcasing corporate gifting solutions, lifestyle products, stationery, promotional merchandise, technology-led gifting and sustainable product ranges.

Several well-known brands have indicated participation for the upcoming edition, including IKEA, Mobilla, Xech, The Corporate House, Anmol Enterprises, Pilot, Pental, Worldone, Ruchocks, Dibha, Amazing Gifts, Aarya, Kodak, and Qubo , among others. Organisers say the event will serve as a launchpad for new collections and innovative solutions tailored to evolving corporate and institutional demand.

The timing of Gifts & Stationery India 2026 is significant, as the corporate gifting sector is undergoing a visible shift. Industry feedback from 2025 points to tighter corporate budgets, with companies increasingly favouring utility-driven, cost-effective and bulk-friendly gifting options over high-end luxury hampers. Hyderabad-based retailers and suppliers have reported a growing demand for practical desk accessories, stationery kits, drinkware and everyday-use merchandise, especially from IT firms and large enterprises.

At the same time, sustainability has emerged as a central theme in corporate gifting conversations. Eco-friendly stationery, reusable products, recycled materials, plastic-free packaging and ethically sourced merchandise are now being actively explored by brands seeking to align gifts with ESG and sustainability commitments. The organisers have indicated that sustainable solutions will be a key focus area at the 2026 edition.

Hyderabad’s selection as the host city reflects its rapidly expanding corporate ecosystem, strong presence of IT and global capability centres, and excellent exhibition infrastructure. HITEX, one of India’s largest exhibition venues, provides direct access to bulk institutional buyers, procurement teams, startups and decision-makers making the city a strategic choice for a B2B-focused trade event.

Beyond product displays, the expo is expected to feature live product launches, trend showcases and curated networking opportunities, positioning itself as a marketplace where manufacturers and brands can form long-term partnerships with distributors and corporate buyers.

Organisers described Gifts & Stationery India 2026 as more than a conventional exhibition, stating that the event aims to shape the future direction of India’s gifting and stationery ecosystem by combining innovation, design excellence and business networking on a single platform.

With registrations and exhibitor confirmations set to open in the coming months, the 2026 edition is being closely watched by industry stakeholders as one of the most important trade gatherings for the corporate gifting and stationery sector in India.
