GHMC makes property tax just a click away!

The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) has made paying property tax easier than ever through its official website, ghmc.gov.in . Property owners can complete payments online using multiple options, including UPI, debit or credit cards, and net banking.

To make payments or access property details, users need to register with a mobile number for security purposes.

Here’s how residents can access these services:

Visit the official GHMC website: www.ghmc.gov.in

• Navigate to ‘Our Services’ and select the ‘Property Tax’ option and to know your property tax details:

• Choose your circle

• Enter PTIN number, owner’s name, or door number to view property tax information.

• Access other online services under ‘Our Services’:

• Assessment revision

• Vacancy remission

• Owner name correction

• Door number correction

• Assessment exemption

• Self-assessment of property tax

• Mutation of property

• Making online payments:

• Go to Online Payments and choose Property Tax

• Payment options include property tax, trade license fees, VLT charges, and self-assessment.

• Updating your mobile number:

• Click the update mobile number link under Online Payments

• Enter your circle, PTIN number, and mobile number

• Indicate if you already have an existing mobile number (Yes/No)

For any concerns or complaints, residents can use the MyGHMC Grievances App.
