Free Health Camp in Donakonda Benefits Over 230 People

A free mega medical camp was organized in Donakonda to improve access to quality healthcare , especially for people in rural areas . The initiative was conducted under the leadership of the Congress party , said Kaipu Venkata Krishna Reddy, Chairman of the State Unorganized Workers’ and Employees’ Wing and in-charge of the Darsi constituency.

The camp took place at the Railway Community Hall in the Donakonda mandal headquarters, with support from Markapuram Kandula Obul Reddy Super Speciality Hospital . It was inaugurated by District Congress Committee President Shaik Saida.

Addressing the gathering, Venkata Krishna Reddy stated that the camp was organized to provide free medical services to poor and middle-class families who cannot afford expensive treatment. He added that the Congress party is committed to public welfare and plans to conduct similar camps across all mandals in the district in the future.

More than 232 patients were examined at the camp, and essential medicines were distributed free of cost.

The event was attended by several party leaders, including District Congress Election Chairman Boddu Satish, Minority Department Chairman Shaik Mahaboob Ali, and District General Secretary Shaik Subhani.
