Free Coaching for Group Exams, Police and Banking Jobs Under Yuva Nestham

Revenue Minister Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy has announced a major initiative for unemployed youth in Telangana aspiring to secure government jobs. Through the ‘Ponguleti Seenanna Yuva Nestham’ scheme, eligible candidates will receive free online coaching worth ₹40,000 for one year, with the entire cost being borne from the minister’s personal funds. According to the organisers, registrations for the programme began on Monday, opening up a new opportunity for candidates seeking affordable and quality preparation for competitive examinations.

The initiative is aimed at helping young aspirants who struggle to access professional coaching because of financial difficulties. With competition for government jobs remaining intense, the cost of preparation can be a major obstacle for many candidates, particularly those from economically weaker backgrounds. The scheme seeks to bridge this gap by providing structured coaching and academic guidance without charging eligible participants.

The scheme is being implemented by the PSR Charitable Trust in collaboration with RC Exams. The organisers said the programme is designed to support unemployed youth with the resources and guidance required to prepare effectively for recruitment examinations. Experienced faculty members will provide subject-wise instruction to help candidates improve their understanding of key topics and strengthen their examination preparation.

The free coaching programme will cover several competitive examinations, including Group-I, Group-II, Group-III and Group-IV, Sub-Inspector (SI), Police Constable, Panchayat Raj, Forest Department, Railway and Banking recruitment examinations. Candidates preparing for District Selection Committee (DSC) recruitment will also be able to benefit from the initiative.

By covering multiple examination categories, the programme intends to support aspirants pursuing opportunities across various government departments and public-sector recruitment systems. The availability of online coaching will allow eligible candidates to access training without necessarily having to enrol in expensive private coaching centres.
