Follow Road Rules or Pay the Price, Says District Collector

Janagam District Collector Rizwan Basha Shaik has called on the public to strictly follow road safety regulations. As part of the National Road Safety Month celebrations, the Transport Department organized a district-level road safety awareness quiz for students at the Collectorate on Saturday.

Addressing the gathering as the chief guest, the Collector emphasized that even a small lapse on the road can be life-threatening . He particularly urged two-wheeler riders to always wear helmets . He added that promoting awareness of traffic rules can significantly reduce accidents .

Students enthusiastically participating in the quiz were personally presented with bike helmets by the Collector. The event saw active participation from Transport Department officials and students.
