First Ever for India: Geetanjali Om Parkash crowned Mrs International World Classic 2026

India celebrated a historic milestone as Mrs. Geetanjali Om Parkash (59), Managing Director of Dr Om Parkash Group of Eye Institutes in Amritsar, Punjab, was crowned Mrs International World Classic 2026 at the grand finale held on 27 March 2026 in Kuala Lumpur. This marks the first time an Indian woman has ever won this prestigious international pageant, making it a defining moment for the nation.

The competition brought together accomplished women from around the world, judged across rounds designed to showcase elegance, confidence, talent, and advocacy. Contestants participated in the Personal Interview, Swimsuit, National Costume, and Evening Gown rounds , and Mrs. Om Parkash impressed judges with her poise, charisma, and stage presence. She also earned the subtitles “Mrs Empowerment” and “Most Exotic National Costume” , highlighting both her advocacy work and creative cultural representation.
