The prestigious event, a constant feature on India’s tennis calendar, will see former champions Vishnu Vardhan and VM Ranjeet return to the courts, adding weight to the competition.

The action begins earlier, with the men’s and women’s qualifying rounds starting September 27. After the senior events, the championship will also host age-group categories U18, U16 and U14 ensuring a platform for emerging talent.

Calling it a proud milestone, Ajay S Shriram, Chairman and Managing Director of DCM Shriram Ltd, which supports the tournament, said the event has remained committed to spotting young talent and helping Indian players graduate from national success to global competition.
