ETV Win Launches ‘Soul Trip’, India’s First Travel-Based Celebrity Talk Show

The Telugu OTT platform ETV Win has introduced a new entertainment format with the launch of Soul Trip , a show that blends travel experiences with candid celebrity conversations .

The platform has been delivering a steady stream of high-quality original programming in recent months. While it continues to explore emotional and message-oriented storytelling through the anthology series Katha Sudha, it has now expanded its slate with a travel-based celebrity talk show , described as the first of its kind in India.

Titled Soul Trip , the podcast-style series is hosted by Vijay Datla, who also conceptualised the project. Instead of traditional studio interviews, the format places celebrities on real travel journeys , allowing conversations to unfold naturally in scenic locations and relaxed settings.

The first episode premiered on April 23 on ETV Win and runs for 53 minutes . Veteran actor Jagapathi Babu appears as the inaugural guest , sharing travel memories , life lessons , and insights from his decades-long film career . The episode captures a more personal side of the actor through informal conversations during the journey.

The show’s concept aims to move beyond scripted interviews by combining road trips , storytelling , and spontaneous discussions , creating a more engaging and authentic viewing experience for audiences.

The first season lineup includes several well-known Tollywood personalities who will join Datla in upcoming episodes. Among them are actors Meka Srikanth, Ali and Akash Puri, along with actresses Varsha Bollamma, Sivani Rajashekar and Shivathmika Rajashekar.

Produced under the banner Gandabherunda Arts , the series features cinematography by Achyuth Varma and music by Sahityya Sagar , giving the show a cinematic travel feel while highlighting scenic landscapes and intimate celebrity moments.

With Soul Trip , ETV Win continues to experiment with new storytelling formats in the regional OTT space while expanding its catalogue of original Telugu entertainment. The debut episode is now streaming exclusively on ETV Win .
