The Shree Jagannath Temple Administration (SJTA) in Puri, Odisha, has announced plans to establish a digital library aimed at preserving the temple's ancient records. This initiative seeks to safeguard invaluable heritage materials, including the sacred Madala Panji (temple almanac), rare palm-leaf manuscripts, and detailed records of temple rituals. The announcement was made by SJTA chief administrator Arabinda Padhee through a post on the social media platform X (formerly Twitter).
