Development and Welfare Thrive Under Coalition Rule: Kovur MLA
Kovur MLA Vemireddy Prasanthi Reddy stated that meaningful development and effective welfare delivery in the state are possible only under the coalition government. She spoke after inaugurating newly built CC roads and drainage facilities worth ₹33 lakh in Ramachandra Reddy Colony, Pellakuru, within Kovur Panchayat on Tuesday.
She underlined that the government is focused on bringing urban-standard infrastructure to rural areas. In Kovur Panchayat alone, development projects estimated at ₹11.10 crore are currently progressing at a fast pace. The administration is working with a structured approach to ensure welfare schemes reach every household while development benefits extend to all villages.
Even as the state navigates financial constraints, Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu remains determined to keep development on track, she said. She appreciated his efforts in balancing major welfare initiatives, including the Super Six schemes, with continued investment in essential infrastructure.
Reaffirming the government’s commitment, she said the focus is on delivering tangible results rather than making mere promises, with projects being completed and handed over to the public. The event was attended by leaders and workers from the Telugu Desam Party , Bharatiya Janata Party , and Jana Sena Party .
