Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan inaugurates computer lab at Chilakaluripeta Sharada ZP High School

Fulfilling promises made during the recent Mega Parents-Teachers Meet 2.0, Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan has set up a modern computer lab at Chilakaluripeta Sharada Zilla Parishad High School in just nine days. The lab, equipped with 25 computers, is complemented by a fully stocked library to enhance students’ learning experience.

During the Mega Parents-Teachers Meet, Pawan Kalyan had personally inspected the school’s facilities and noticed a shortage of books in the library. He immediately promised to develop the library and establish a computer lab. True to his word, both facilities were completed within nine days, demonstrating swift implementation of the commitment.

The upgraded library now houses a wide range of books for children, from nursery rhymes to classic stories like Kashi Majili. In addition, it includes books in multiple languages - English, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, and Odia - aimed at improving students’ reading habits and multilingual proficiency. The combined investment for the computer lab and library development totaled ₹25 lakh.

The inauguration was attended by Chilakaluripeta MLA Prathipati Pullarao, Palnadu District Collector Kruthika Shukla, Panchayati Raj-Rural Development Commissioner Krishnateja, former MLA Kilari Roshayya, and other coalition leaders, who officially opened the facilities for students.

Pawan Kalyan has consistently emphasized the importance of skill development and reading habits from an early age. Since taking office as Deputy CM, he has personally monitored school infrastructure, visiting schools across the state to assess facilities and ensure necessary improvements are carried out promptly.

In a similar effort, he recently purchased land worth ₹65 lakh for a playground at a school in Annamayya district’s Mysuruvaripalli village, addressing the lack of sports facilities. Likewise, following a visit to Kadapa Municipal School, he established a modern model kitchen based on the Collector’s recommendations.
