Deputy CM launches district-level diagnostic services at Vijaya Medical Center
Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka inaugurated district-level diagnostic services at Vijaya Medical Center virtually on Monday, emphasizing the importance of early disease detection and accessible healthcare for all citizens.
Speaking on the occasion, the Deputy CM highlighted that ensuring quality healthcare, education, and employment opportunities remains a top priority for the government. He noted that modern medical practices rely heavily on early diagnosis, and accurate testing is essential for effective treatment. “Reliable diagnostic services form the backbone of good healthcare,” he said.
Bhatti Vikramarka added that the government aims to make advanced diagnostic facilities available not just in major cities but also in secondary towns and rural areas. To support this, the government encourages free medical camps to ensure that even people in remote areas can access quality health services.
He further pointed out that district-level diagnostic facilities through Vijaya Medical Center will save both time and money for patients, while also easing the burden on government hospitals and private healthcare providers. “This initiative marks a significant step forward in protecting public health,” the Deputy CM said, congratulating the teams at Newberg Diagnostics and Vijaya Medical Center for their efforts.
He concluded by urging healthcare providers to continue serving Telangana’s citizens with accuracy, impartiality, and humanity, thereby strengthening public trust in the system.
