
Delhi CM Visits Tirumala’s Integrated Command Control Centre
Rekha Gupta visited the revered Tirumala Venkateswara Temple on Wednesday, where she offered prayers and later reviewed the Integrated Command and Control Centre at the Vaikuntham Queue Complex.
On her arrival in Tirumala, she was received by officials of Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams. After completing the temple rituals, Vedic scholars blessed her at the Ranganayakula Mandapam, and temple authorities presented her with teertha prasadam .
During her visit to the command centre, TTD Additional Executive Officer C. H. Venkayya Chowdary briefed her on the system’s functioning. He explained how predictive analytics and artificial intelligence are being used to regulate the large flow of devotees , monitor crowd movement , and prevent congestion in queue lines.
Officials further outlined how the centre ensures seamless coordination of essential services such as laddu prasadam preparation, traffic management , and accommodation allotment . The system also enables real-time alerts to concerned departments, allowing swift action to address any issues on the hill.
Impressed by the efficient integration of technology and management, the Chief Minister appreciated TTD’s efforts in maintaining high safety standards and implementing innovative measures to enhance the overall experience for pilgrims.
