CP Sunpreet Singh Rallies Warangal Team for State Police Games

Warangal Police Commissioner Sunpreet Singh, IPS , has urged personnel of the Warangal Commissionerate to demonstrate outstanding performance at the 4th Telangana State Police Duty Meet , which begins today within the Cyberabad Commissionerate limits.

Ahead of the event, a special motivational and support programme was organised for athletes representing the Warangal Commissionerate. The Commissioner, along with senior officers and participants, unveiled the official Warangal Police sports flag that will be hoisted at the games village. At a camp office event, he also distributed track suits, sports shoes, and T-shirts to encourage the participating personnel.

Addressing the gathering, CP Sunpreet Singh emphasized that every participant must strive to uphold the prestige of the Warangal Commissionerate through discipline, teamwork, and peak performance. He noted that police personnel are not only responsible for maintaining law and order but are also capable of excelling in sports, fitness, and professional skills.

The Telangana Police Duty Meet is designed to enhance both physical endurance and professional competencies among police personnel. Such meets typically include sports competitions alongside duty-related events such as investigation techniques, dog squad operations, scientific aids to investigation, and technology-based policing skills, helping officers prepare for national-level contests and modern policing challenges.
