Refuting allegations circulating on social media regarding the quality of its products, Heritage Foods has described the campaign as misleading and politically motivated.

Vice Chairperson and Managing Director Nara Bhuvaneswari addressed the issue through a video message posted on X on Thursday night, asserting that the company remains steadfast in its mission to provide fresh, safe and nutritious dairy products to consumers.

Rigorous Quality Protocols

Bhuvaneswari underscored that the company follows uncompromising quality standards. Every product undergoes close to 25 stringent checks before reaching the market, with more than 500 trained professionals monitoring the process at various stages. She noted that Heritage adheres to safety and hygiene norms that surpass regulatory requirements, supported by advanced technology and modern infrastructure.

Clarification on TTD Controversy

Responding to reports attempting to link Heritage with a firm embroiled in the ghee supply controversy involving Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams , she categorically denied any connection.

She alleged that the criticism stems from political targeting, pointing out that the company was promoted by the family of Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu .

Tracing the company’s growth from a modest ₹4 lakh investment to a ₹4,000-crore enterprise, Bhuvaneswari attributed its success to consumer trust and consistent product excellence.

Partnership with Farmers

Operating across nine states, Heritage works with nearly three lakh dairy farmers, ensuring fair pricing, transparent procurement systems and timely payments. Farmer welfare and consumer well-being, she said, remain the pillars of the company’s operations.

Appealing to the public to verify facts before believing unverified claims, Bhuvaneswari reaffirmed that the company will continue its journey with integrity and resilience, undeterred by unfounded allegations.
