District Collector O. Anand has called on residents to furnish accurate information during the ongoing household enumeration, cautioning that providing false details could lead to legal action, including imprisonment of up to three years.

The survey was inaugurated in Polepalli village of Brahmasamudram mandal by the Collector along with MLA Ammilineni Surendra Babu . Speaking at the event, the Collector assured that all information gathered would be kept strictly confidential and used only to identify the developmental needs of villages.

He urged residents to fully cooperate with enumerators by sharing complete details such as family size, vehicle ownership, electricity availability, and drainage facilities. He stressed that comprehensive data is essential for the government to plan and enhance rural infrastructure effectively.

MLA Ammilineni Surendra Babu clarified that the survey would not affect any existing welfare schemes, assuring that beneficiaries would continue to receive their current benefits without any changes.

He also highlighted that, with the support of the Central Government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi , the State Government under Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu is moving forward on a strong development path. He appealed to the public to participate actively in the survey and provide truthful information.
