CM Revanth Reddy Begins Overseas Tour, To Visit Oxford, Harvard and MIT

Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy begins a 10-day overseas tour on Wednesday, travelling to the United Kingdom and the United States for a series of academic and institutional engagements. His itinerary includes visits to some of the world’s prominent universities and interactions with academic representatives and the Indian diaspora.

Revanth Reddy will leave New Delhi for London on August 20. His UK engagements begin on August 21 with a visit to the Blavatnik School of Government at the University of Oxford. He is also scheduled to attend an EPL football presentation at Emirates Stadium later in the day.

The Chief Minister’s programme on August 22 includes an interaction with a Cambridge delegation, followed by visits to the University of London’s Senate House and the London Business School. The engagements are expected to provide opportunities to interact with leading academic institutions and explore areas of mutual interest.

Revanth Reddy will travel to the United States on August 24, where his schedule includes visits to Harvard University and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). The tour will continue on August 25 with meetings involving representatives of Northeastern University in Boston and Virginia Tech University.

His US visit will also feature an interaction with members of the Indian diaspora. On August 26, the Chief Minister will attend a gathering organised by the Indian Overseas Congress in New York.

The 10-day tour is scheduled to conclude later in the week. Revanth Reddy will leave New York on August 29 and is expected to reach Hyderabad on August 30.

The visit brings together engagements with leading global universities, academic institutions and overseas Indian groups, making education and international outreach key components of the Chief Minister’s itinerary.
