The Cockroach Janta Party founder Abhijeet Dipke on Monday confirmed that he will return to India on June 6 to lead a peaceful protest in Delhi demanding the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan over alleged examination-related lapses and the broader NEET-UG controversy.

In a video released on Instagram , Dipke urged students and supporters to join him, saying: “The time has come for all of us to come together, following the path of the Constitution of India, and peacefully raise our voices to demand Dharmendra Pradhan's resignation. If we raise our voices together, they will definitely have to listen to us.”

He further invited supporters to receive him at the airport, stating: “I have decided that I will arrive in Delhi on Saturday morning, June 6. Please join me at the airport and together we will go to the Parliament Street police station to ask for permission to hold a peaceful protest at Jantar Mantar.”

Dipke said the protest would be conducted in a constitutional and non-violent manner , beginning with a gathering at the airport followed by a coordinated move to seek police permission for the demonstration at Jantar Mantar .

He alleged that repeated examination-related controversies, including paper leak allegations and disruptions affecting millions of students, had created widespread anxiety and reflected deeper systemic failures in the education sector . He called for accountability from the government and urgent corrective action.

According to additional reports, the campaign is part of a broader online mobilisation that has gained significant traction, with the Cockroach Janta Party emerging as a viral youth-driven movement focused on student grievances. Some reports also note that Dipke has claimed strong digital support for his campaign, including large-scale participation in petitions demanding the minister’s resignation.

Recent coverage further highlights that the movement has drawn increasing public and legal attention, including discussions around its social media presence and broader political impact, even as it continues to expand its online reach ahead of the planned June 6 mobilisation.
