Chiranjeevi’s New Hyderabad Multiplex To Open For Sankranthi 2027, Before Mega Screen

Megastar Chiranjeevi has joined hands with Asian Cinemas to bring a massive new cinema experience to Hyderabad, with the companies planning a multiplex in the Financial District featuring what has been described as the world’s largest screen. While cinephiles have been eagerly awaiting the ambitious project, a new development has now emerged.

According to the latest reports, Asian Cinemas and Chiranjeevi are planning to launch another multiplex in Hyderabad, reportedly named Asian Megastar Cineplex, ahead of the larger Financial District project. The new multiplex is expected to be inaugurated during Sankranthi 2027, giving moviegoers another major Chiranjeevi-associated cinema destination to look forward to.

Reports suggest that Asian Cinemas and Chiranjeevi have taken over Talluri Theatres in Kushaiguda and are renovating the property with a modern makeover. The redevelopment is expected to give the existing theatre a new look and upgraded viewing experience.

The decision to launch the Kushaiguda multiplex in the meantime is reportedly linked to the longer construction timeline of the Financial District project. Since the proposed world’s largest screen will require more time to complete, the new Asian Megastar Cineplex could open much earlier.
