BRS candidate Sunitha Maganti files nomination for Jubilee hills

Sunitha Maganti Gopinath has officially filed her nomination as the BRS candidate for the Jubilee Hills Assembly by-election. She submitted the nomination papers to the Returning Officer at the Shakepeta Tahsildar office on Wednesday.

The by-election became necessary following the demise of sitting MLA Maganti Gopinath earlier this year due to health reasons.

The nomination filing event was attended by BRS Working President K. T. Rama Rao, former ministers Talasani Srinivas Yadav and Padma Rao Goud, former MLA Vishnuvardhan Reddy, along with BRS leaders Ravula Sridhar Reddy, corporators Rajkumar Patel, Dideepya Rao, and Sameena Yasmin. Party leaders expressed their full support for Sunitha Maganti following the submission of her nomination.

Political discussions around the Jubilee Hills by-election have intensified, and the filing of the BRS candidate’s nomination marks a significant development in the election process.

According to the election schedule, the last date for nomination submission is October 21. Other parties are also expected to file their nominations in the coming days. Polling for the by-election is scheduled for November 11, with counting of votes on November 14. So far, 20 candidates have submitted 22 nomination papers for the by-election.
