A bomb threat triggered panic at Rajiv Gandhi International Airport in Shamshabad on Sunday morning after authorities received an email warning about explosives allegedly being carried on an international flight arriving from Amsterdam, Netherlands .

Airport officials immediately alerted security agencies following the threat message linked to the incoming aircraft. Teams from the bomb disposal squad , airport security and other emergency response units were rushed into action, while special safety arrangements were put in place ahead of the flight’s landing.

Soon after the aircraft landed safely, all passengers were shifted to a secure isolation area as a precautionary measure. Security personnel then carried out an extensive inspection of the aircraft, thoroughly checking all sections of the plane.

After multiple rounds of searches, officials confirmed that no explosive materials were found on board. The alert was later declared a hoax threat , bringing relief to passengers and airport staff.
