

Bengaluru To Host India’s First National AI And Digital Water Summit 2026 Today
The Bangalore Water Supply and Sewerage Board on Monday announced that it will host India’s first and largest National AI & Digital Water Summit 2026 in Bengaluru on May 27.
The summit will bring together global experts, policymakers, technology leaders, startups, and urban planners to deliberate on the future of intelligent urban water management as cities worldwide face growing challenges from climate change, rapid urbanisation, groundwater depletion, and pressure on civic infrastructure .
The event will be inaugurated by Siddaramaiah and D. K. Shivakumar.
According to BWSSB Chairman Ram Prasath Manohar, the summit is being jointly organised by Bangalore Water Supply and Sewerage Board and Elets Technomedia.
The summit will focus on emerging solutions in AI-driven water governance , smart utility systems, digital twins, IoT-enabled monitoring , predictive analytics, wastewater reuse, and sustainable financing models aimed at building future-ready urban infrastructure .
A major highlight of the event will be the presentation of BWSSB’s digital transformation initiatives, including deployment of SCADA systems, GIS mapping, IoT-enabled tanker tracking, and smart metering platforms being implemented across Bengaluru.
