
Bank of Baroda invites applications for 2,700 Apprentice posts across India
Bank of Baroda (BoB) has issued an official notification for the recruitment of 2,700 Apprentices across various states and union territories. The online application process began on November 11, 2025, and will remain open until December 1, 2025, through the official website bankofbaroda.bank.in .
According to the notification, graduates from any discipline are eligible to apply for the posts. The engagement period will be for one year, during which the selected apprentices will receive a monthly stipend of ₹15,000. No additional allowances or benefits will be provided during the apprenticeship period.
Vacancies Across States
The total 2,700 apprentice positions have been distributed among various states and union territories. Karnataka (440 posts), Gujarat (400), Maharashtra (297), Uttar Pradesh (307), Rajasthan (215), and Tamil Nadu (159) account for the highest number of seats. States such as Manipur, Mizoram, and Jammu & Kashmir have fewer vacancies, ranging between two and five posts.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognised university or possess equivalent qualifications recognised by the Central Government.
The age limit for applicants is between 20 and 28 years as of November 1, 2025, with applicable relaxations for reserved categories as per government norms.
Application Fee
• General, EWS, and OBC candidates: ₹800 plus GST
• Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD): ₹400 plus GST
• SC/ST candidates: No fee
The fee must be paid online during the application process.
Selection Process
The selection will be carried out in three stages:
• Online Examination
• Document Verification
• Test of Local Language
Candidates must qualify in each stage to be considered for the final selection. The examination date and admit card details will be notified on the Bank’s official website in due course.

Applicants are required to first register themselves on the Government Apprenticeship portals —

After registration, candidates must search for “Bank of Baroda” under advertised vacancies and apply through the respective portal. Those who complete the apprenticeship application will receive an email from info@bfsissc.com with instructions to fill out the Application-cum-Examination Form, select their preferred examination centre, and pay the required fee.
Applicants are advised to keep their NATS Enrolment ID or NAPS Registration Code for all future correspondence. The registration process will be deemed complete only after successful payment of the examination fee to the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance Sector Skill Council (BFSI SSC).
