
Bank of Baroda Begins Hiring for 82 Managerial Roles
Bank of Baroda has opened the online application process for 82 contractual posts in its Receivables Management vertical, following the release of its official recruitment notification dated 18 November 2025. The application window will remain open from 19 November to 9 December 2025, and candidates have been advised to submit their forms through the Bank’s official website, bankofbaroda.in.
The vacancies have been announced for multiple managerial positions, including AVP-II Zonal Receivables Manager, AVP-I Regional Receivables Manager, Area Receivables Manager, Compliance Manager, Complaint Manager, Process Manager, Vendor Manager, and Floor Manager. The posts have been offered on a fixed-term contract of five years, extendable up to a maximum of ten years or until the candidate reaches the age of 60.
According to the notification, the largest number of openings, 49 have been earmarked for Area Receivables Manager roles. Thirteen posts each have been allotted to AVP-II Zonal Receivables Manager and AVP-I Regional Receivables Manager, while the remaining managerial categories carry one vacancy each. Experience requirements range from five to fifteen years, depending on the post, with an emphasis on exposure to debt collection, recovery, portfolio management, compliance or vendor operations.
Applicants must possess a graduate degree in any discipline from a recognised institution. Preference has been indicated for candidates with an MBA or Post Graduate Diploma, while a legal background has been favoured for the Compliance Manager post. Only experience in banks, NBFCs or financial institutions will be considered, and clerical cadre experience will not be counted. A minimum CIBIL score of 680 at the time of joining is mandatory.
The Bank has set post-wise age limits for all positions, with candidates for the AVP-II Zonal Receivables Manager post required to be between 35 and 52 years of age, while those applying for the AVP-I Regional Receivables Manager post must fall within the 30 to 45 years bracket. The age requirement for the Area Receivables Manager (Deputy Manager grade) has been fixed at 26 to 38 years. For both the Compliance Manager and Complaint Manager roles, applicants must be between 30 and 45 years. Meanwhile, candidates seeking the Process Manager, Vendor Manager or Floor Manager positions must be within the 25 to 38 years age range.
Age relaxation has been made available in accordance with Government norms for SC/ST, OBC and PwD candidates.
The application fee has been fixed at ₹850 plus GST for candidates from the UR, EWS and OBC categories, while applicants from SC, ST, PwD and women categories will be charged ₹175 plus GST. The selection process will involve shortlisting, followed by an interview, group discussion or any other method deemed suitable by the Bank. No travel allowance will be provided for appearing in selection rounds.
