Bandla Ganesh Is Back: Producer Launches New Banner After 10-Year Break

Tollywood producer and actor Bandla Ganesh has officially announced his return to film production with a new banner titled BG Blockbusters . The producer unveiled the banner’s logo on social media on December 30, marking what he describes as a strong and ambitious second innings after nearly a decade-long break from film production.

Bandla Ganesh, who earlier produced several high-profile films under the Parameswara Art Productions banner, is positioning his new production house with a clear vision. He stated that BG Blockbusters will focus on uncompromising cinema, aiming to deliver emotionally engaging stories that break boundaries and resonate with audiences. Industry reports also suggest that the banner intends to encourage fresh talent while maintaining high production values.

The comeback did not come as a complete surprise to the industry. In the weeks leading up to the logo launch, Ganesh had hinted at his return during public appearances, clarifying that he stepped away from production after delivering a hit film and not due to failures. His last production before the break, Temper (2015), went on to become a major success and is still considered a significant film in his career.

Bandla Ganesh’s journey as a producer began in 2009 with Anjaneyulu , starring Ravi Teja. He soon rose to prominence with big films such as Teen Maar (2011) and the industry hit Gabbar Singh (2012) with Pawan Kalyan. In 2013, he delivered consecutive successes with Baadshah starring NTR and Iddarammayilatho featuring Allu Arjun. He continued his successful run with Govindudu Andarivadele (2014), starring Ram Charan, followed by the blockbuster Temper (2015) with NTR, after which he took a long hiatus from production.

Apart from producing films, Bandla Ganesh has also remained active as an actor. He began his second innings on screen with Sarileru Neekevvaru in 2020 and has since made selective appearances, maintaining a presence in the industry while preparing for his return as a producer.

With the launch of BG Blockbusters, attention has now shifted to his first project under the new banner. While there is intense speculation within Tollywood about potential hero-director combinations, no official announcement has been made yet. Whether Bandla Ganesh will reunite with his favourite star Pawan Kalyan or introduce a new and surprising collaboration remains a hot topic of discussion in film circles.
