AU SFB brings Ranbir, Rashmika on board as brand faces

AU Small Finance Bank (AU SFB), which recently secured the Reserve Bank of India’s in-principle approval to transition into a universal bank, has appointed Bollywood actors Ranbir Kapoor and Rashmika Mandanna as its new brand ambassadors.

According to the bank, the association is aimed at strengthening its brand presence and building wider national appeal across metros, urban centres and deeper Bharat markets. The partnership is expected to enhance consumer trust and boost visibility for the bank’s core offerings, particularly its Savings and Current Account segments.

“As we prepare for our transition into a Universal Bank, strengthening customer consideration for our core offerings becomes even more important. Ranbir and Rashmika connect deeply with different parts of India and different types of audiences,” said Sanjay Agarwal, MD & CEO of AU SFB.

The bank said the collaboration will help accelerate its next phase of growth by improving brand relevance and expanding reach across priority markets.
