ArcelorMittal, a leading global steel and mining company, has announced the establishment of new Global Capability Centres (GCCs) in Hyderabad and Pune , strengthening its long-term commitment to India. The centres are being developed as strategic global hubs to support the company’s technology and business operations worldwide.

Designed to enhance operational efficiency and innovation, the GCCs will provide support across digital technologies, information systems, data analytics, cybersecurity, finance, procurement, human resources and project management . The initiative aims to enable integrated systems, advanced analytics and scalable digital platforms to support ArcelorMittal’s global operations.

ArcelorMittal plans to recruit approximately 2,000 professionals in the coming period across digital technologies, information systems, data science, cybersecurity and business services. With strong initial momentum, the centres are entering a rapid growth phase and are expected to transform challenges into opportunities through technology-led innovation.

The ArcelorMittal Global Business & Technologies office has been thoughtfully designed with employee experience at its core, featuring vibrant collaboration zones, dynamic work cafés and flexible workspaces that promote teamwork and creativity.
