The State Bank of India (SBI) has released a significant recruitment notification under Advertisement No. CRPD/SCO/2025-26/17, inviting online applications for 996 Specialist Cadre Officer vacancies. The application window is open from December 2, 2025, to December 23, 2025, providing a valuable opportunity for unemployed graduates and experienced professionals across the country. The recruitment includes 506 posts of VP Wealth (Senior Relationship Manager), 206 posts of AVP Wealth (Relationship Manager), and 284 posts of Customer Relationship Executive, distributed across 17 circles such as Mumbai Metro, New Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, and Thiruvananthapuram. The eligibility criteria vary by post. VP Wealth (SRM) applicants must hold a graduation degree, with preference for MBA candidates, along with a minimum of six years of experience in sales or wealth management. AVP Wealth (RM) candidates should also be graduates with at least three years of relevant experience, while postgraduate qualifications in finance or marketing offer an advantage. The age limits for these positions range from 20 to 42 years, depending on the post. Each role carries a set of responsibilities, from managing affluent clients and handling investment and insurance portfolios to performing doorstep banking services and supporting documentation processes.
SBI offers highly competitive salary packages under this recruitment. VP Wealth (SRM) roles carry an annual CTC of up to ₹44.7 lakh, AVP Wealth (RM) up to ₹30.2 lakh, and Customer Relationship Executives up to ₹6.2 lakh. These packages include fixed pay, allowances, and performance-linked incentives. The selection process does not involve any written examination; instead, candidates are shortlisted based on eligibility and then invited for personal, telephonic, or video interviews carrying 100 marks. Final selection is based exclusively on interview performance, followed by CTC negotiation. This direct-interview-based recruitment makes the opportunity even more accessible for qualified aspirants.
The application fee for General, OBC, and EWS candidates is ₹750, while SC, ST, and PwBD candidates are exempted from paying any fee. Applicants must apply online through SBI’s official website by selecting the relevant advertisement, filling in their details, and uploading documents such as a photograph, signature, ID proof, resume, educational certificates, experience letters, salary slips, and NOC (if applicable). The fee must be paid online using debit/credit cards or internet banking.
