Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Limited (GRSE), a premier defence shipyard under the Ministry of Defence, Government of India, has announced its Officer Recruitment 2025 for a total of 107 permanent and fixed-term posts. The recruitment drive invites applications from experienced professionals and fresh talent for positions including Executive Director, Chief General Manager, General Manager, Additional General Manager, Deputy General Manager, Senior Manager, Manager, Deputy Manager, Assistant Manager, and Junior Manager.

The online application process for GRSE Recruitment 2026 began on 19 December 2025 and will continue until 09 January 2026 . Interested candidates must apply online through the official GRSE website at www.grse.in.

Candidates with educational qualifications in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E) , LLB , MBBS , CA/CMA , MBA/PGDM , MCA , or other relevant degrees are eligible to apply for different posts. Age limits vary according to post and category, ranging from 28 to 56 years for general category candidates, with relaxations for OBC, SC, and ST candidates.

The selection for most posts will be through shortlisting based on experience and interview performance. For Assistant Manager posts , candidates will undergo a written test followed by an interview .

Selected candidates will receive a basic pay starting from ₹30,000 , with total monthly remuneration ranging up to ₹4,95,000 depending on the post and city. In addition to pay, employees are entitled to allowances including DA, HRA, CPF, Gratuity, and PRP , among other benefits. General/EWS/OBC – ₹590, SC/ST/PwD/Women – Nil
