Apply for IOCL Non-Executive Posts Before January 9

New Delhi: Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), Refineries Division, has reminded eligible candidates that January 9, 2026 , is the last date to apply online for its Non-Executive Recruitment 2025 , which aims to fill 394 Junior Engineering Assistant and Junior Quality Control Analyst posts across its refinery units.

The recruitment drive covers vacancies in multiple disciplines, including Production, Power & Utilities, Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, Fire & Safety, and Quality Control, offering a significant opportunity for diploma engineers and science graduates to secure employment in India’s leading Maharatna public sector undertaking.

According to the notification issued by IOCL under the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, the online application process, which began on December 20, 2025, will close at 11:55 pm on January 9, 2026. Applications are accepted only through the official website www.iocl.com, and candidates are advised not to wait until the last minute to avoid technical issues.

The selected candidates will be appointed in the Non-Executive cadre with a pay scale of ₹25,000 to ₹1,05,000, along with allowances and benefits as per IOCL rules. Postings will be across IOCL refineries located at Guwahati, Barauni, Gujarat (Vadodara), Haldia, Mathura, Panipat, Digboi, Bongaigaon and Paradip.

Eligibility criteria vary by post. The upper age limit is 26 years as on December 31, 2025, with relaxation for SC, ST, OBC (NCL), PwBD and Ex-Servicemen as per Government of India norms. Educational qualifications include three-year diplomas in relevant engineering disciplines, B.Sc. degrees in science subjects, and specialized qualifications for Fire & Safety posts.

The selection process consists of a Computer Based Test (CBT) followed by a Skill/Proficiency/Physical Test (SPPT), which is qualifying in nature. Final selection will be made refinery-wise based on CBT scores, subject to qualifying SPPT and medical fitness standards.

The application fee is ₹300 for General, OBC (NCL) and EWS candidates , while SC, ST, PwBD and Ex-Servicemen are exempted from payment.

IOCL has advised candidates to carefully read the detailed notification, ensure eligibility, and submit only one application per post and refinery , as multiple applications may lead to rejection.

With the deadline fast approaching, eligible aspirants are urged to complete the application process before January 9 to avoid missing out on this major PSU recruitment opportunity.
