An official recruitment notification has been issued by Balmer Lawrie & Co. Ltd for filling 15 vacancies across various managerial and junior-level positions. Online applications have been invited from eligible candidates, and the application window has been opened from November 25, 2025. The last date for submission of applications has been fixed as December 19, 2025.

As per the notification, the recruitment is being conducted for posts including Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, Junior Officer and Unit Head across business verticals such as Logistics Services, Travel, Cold Chain, Chemicals and Logistics Infrastructure. The notified vacancies are spread across locations including New Delhi (Okhla), Chennai, Visakhapatnam, Bhubaneswar, Rourkela and Bengaluru.
The total number of vacancies notified is 15. The post-wise distribution includes Assistant Manager (Commercial & Purchase, SCM, Sales & Marketing, Ocean Operations), Deputy Manager (Accounts & Finance, Operations, Travel), Unit Head (Cold Chain), and Junior Officer posts in Operations, Ocean Operations, Domestic Operations and Sales & Marketing.
Educational qualifications have been prescribed post-wise. Candidates should possess qualifications such as Any Bachelor’s Degree, Full-Time Engineering Degree, MBA or Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Management, CA or ICWA, depending on the requirements of the respective post. For Junior Officer posts, full-time graduation is mandatory, while managerial roles require professional or technical qualifications.
Age limits have also been specified separately for different categories. The maximum age limit has been fixed at 27 years for Assistant Manager posts, 35 years for Junior Officer and Deputy Manager (Travel) posts, and up to 32 years for other positions. Age relaxation will be provided to eligible categories as per applicable government norms.
Candidates selected for these posts will be offered a salary in the range of Rs 40,000 to Rs 1,60,000 per month , depending on the position, grade and experience.
It has been clarified that no application fee is required to be paid for this recruitment process.
The selection process will be based on shortlisting of candidates according to the relevance and quality of their experience in relation to the advertised role. It has been stated that mere possession of minimum qualifications will not automatically entitle a candidate to be shortlisted or selected. The decision of the company in all matters relating to selection will be final.
