Apple TV announces premiere date for “Shrinking” Season 3 starring Jason Segel, Harrison Ford

Apple TV has confirmed that the third season of its Emmy-nominated comedy series Shrinking will premiere on January 28, 2026. The upcoming season will feature 11 episodes, beginning with a one-hour premiere, followed by weekly installments until April 8, 2026, the streaming platform announced.

Created by Emmy winners Bill Lawrence ( Ted Lasso ) and * Brett Goldstein ( Ted Lasso ), alongside star Jason Segel, Shrinking follows Jimmy Laird (Segel), a grief-stricken therapist who starts bending professional rules by telling his clients exactly what he thinks.
