AP BJP Madhav conducts 100 events in 100 days

Andhra Pradesh BJP, under the leadership of state president K. Laxman Madhav, has undertaken an extensive outreach program across the state following his assumption of office. The initiative, termed the Saradhyam Yatra, saw Madhav personally visiting all districts, meeting party workers, and interacting with Sangh Parivar district leaders.

The yatra concluded with a major event attended by BJP National President Jagat Prakash Nadda, who provided guidance and strategic direction to the state leadership. Through this outreach, the BJP aims to strengthen its presence at the grassroots level and coordinate with coalition partners within the state government.

Madhav’s strategy focuses on connecting with various social groups, including Dalits and artisan communities, as part of a broader effort to reinforce BJP’s public engagement. During the program, the party organized multiple meetings with Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, and backward communities to understand and address their issues, extending support beyond basic welfare schemes such as ration cards.

In particular, the BJP has engaged with Vishwakarma caste groups, convening a special meeting to identify challenges faced by five subgroups. The party has proposed the construction of a Vishwakarma statue in the state capital Amaravati, highlighting its intent to visibly contribute to the city’s development. These efforts are also intended to reinforce the BJP’s role within the coalition government and increase its share in nominated positions.

State-level initiatives also included organizing zonal committee meetings for affiliated organizations, tasking members with specific responsibilities to ensure effective execution of party activities. Cultural and religious outreach has been part of the strategy, including large-scale celebrations of Gurra Joshua Jayanti and upcoming community meetings with Nai Brahmin leaders in Tirupati on October 18.

Over the course of 100 days, Madhav successfully conducted 100 programs across Andhra Pradesh, setting a record for BJP in the state and establishing a roadmap for the party’s future growth and grassroots presence.
